Tax breaks no longer needed as incentive for condos

By EZRA K. FIESER
Daily Record Business Writer

The developers of a waterfront condominium and apartment building being constructed on the shore of the east side of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor stood in front of a city board last month, likely unaware of the significance of their presentation. H&S Properties Development Corp. and The Bozzuto Group officials are likely some of the last upscale residential building developers to be granted a tax break.
